Blackwell and Associates, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, were commissioned to undertake the landscape works for the Peel Regional Campus.

This facility caters for both secondary school and TAFE students.

The requirement to incorporate a significant ornamental water body also presented an interesting design challenge in terms of safety, mosquito control and ongoing maintenance.

This element of moving water is a metaphorical reference to the Peel Inlet.

The success of the project lies in the dramatic interplay between the architectural form, the landscape setting and the artworks. The harmony of the finished product is evidence of the close collaboration of the design team.
