Blackwell & Associates headed up the multi-disciplinary team responsible for preparing the Landscape Master Plan for McCallum Park and Taylor Reserve located between the Swan River and the Great Eastern Highway near the Causeway.

The main focus of the project was to set the framework for the future development of these open spaces. The focus was to create a place for families to recreate for both the local and regional community.
