Marlston Hill was, up until recently, the site of Bunbury’s main petro-chemical storage depots and several other equally unsavoury industrial land uses.

Blackwell & Associates were engaged to help develop a Landscape Master Plan with a view to realising the full potential of this exceptional site.

Blackwell & Associates’ scope included at the Master Planning stage assisting with developing the road layout. This work progressed on to the collaborative design, with the project engineers, of all the hard landscape elements.

Our role also included the design, documentation and contract administration of all the soft landscape works for the project.
