This is a private multi-storey beachside residential resort development with a dense native coastal planting theme to the outer gardens and streetscape and a lush exotic/tropical landscape to the central courtyard and swimming pool surrounds. Over seventy mature Cotton Palms, averaging 8.0m in height, were transplanted during the construction stage of the project, requiring careful programming and coordination.

In addition to the planting design and assistance with the pool design we provided details for lighting and paving including the development of a special paving unit, based on a wave motif, which was used as a highlight throughout the development.
