The Vines Country Club Estate is an international standard resort and residential subdivision, based around a 27 hole golf course.

Detailed designs and documentation were undertaken by Blackwell & Associates for the Entry Statement, Main Access Drive, Clubhouse and Porte-Cochere, Carparks, Outdoor Sports Area, Maintenance Complex and the Real Estate Signage.

A strong emphasis on Western Australian native planting formed the major theme to this project.

This work included preparation by the office of a comprehensive plant manual covering the hundred odd species used throughout the project for the benefit of the Japanese client.

In 1991 The Vines Resort was awarded the “Best Resort of the Year”.
