Another spin-off project from the Armadale Redevelopment Master Plan was the Station Forecourt project.

The scope of our work covered all the landscape and urban design work within the forecourt. This included all paving, the pedestrian cross-over, the main station access way which is a broad universally (disabled) accessible ramp, a recycled sleeper deck to allow impromptu performances, a large water feature / fountain, the forecourt lighting (which had to be double the Australian Standard to meet the Public Transit Authority's requirements), hand-rails, bollards, Bisalloy (Core 10) steel wall etc.
