Joondalup City is the proposed second “CBD” for the Perth area and the northern metropolitan commercial and civic focus. Blackwell & Associates were responsible for the Landscape Master Plan for the whole of the city centre road network.

This addressed the treatment of all of the areas falling within the road corridors, including the design, documentation and landscape contract administration of all related kerbs, paving, retaining walls and planting.

A comprehensive off-road recreation cycle system was also designed and is being installed with the progressive development of the city.
